I am Sham Lal, a small businessman, living in the capital city of Himachal pradesh, Shimla. I have been living here with my family consisting of my wife and two children. Most of our relatives migrated to the other parts of the country for better living opportunities. For me, living in a peaceful place has always been the utmost priority. It had all been going smoothly but then a few years ago, my wife and I, both started experiencing severe back and joint pain.
We consulted doctors here in our locality, and they suggested that it may be a sign of arthritis. We sought treatment from some of the other well-known doctors at Shimla, but all in vain. Our condition didn’t improve even a bit, and we were in sheer disdain and hopelessness about finding any treatment strategy.
We had completely lost faith in treatment and considered it an integral part of our lives, but a ray of hope came to us in the form of my best friend. He was a well-settled businessman in Delhi. After I told him about our struggles due to the joint and back pain, he was quick to respond about a name that we hadn’t heard of earlier. He suggested consulting “Karma Ayurveda," a well-known ayurvedic center that provides treatment strategies that are free of any side effects and completely inclusive of natural or Ayurvedic solutions.
I was unsure of trying them, and my wife was also in the same boat of no more treatments, but the sheer conviction with which my friend talked about the experts at Karma Ayurveda made me go through their website. I checked the Karma Ayurveda reviews section, which was filled with plenty of hopeless patients talking about how their lives changed with the Ayurveda-based treatment. I convinced my wife and got our tickets booked for Karma Ayurveda’s center in Gurgaon. I had noticed some of the best and most relatable testimonials belonged to the Karma Ayurveda Delhi reviews. We reached Gurgaon by train, and then the next day we went to see the doctors.
Talking about my first impression of the center, it was a well-organized and well-maintained center that, to some extent, ignited hope of getting cured in both of us. It was similar to the way described in the Karma Ayurveda hospital review section. The center had a proper system, with plenty of staff members abiding by it. To be honest, we were expecting a lot of waiting time, but due to their gesture of hospitality, whatever time we had to wait, it didn’t feel much. Finally, we went to the doctor’s cabin, and he asked various questions from both of us. We thought our problem was the same, and therefore the treatment method and medications might also be the same. The doctor informed us that the cause of pain was different for both of us, and therefore there would be different treatment strategies. He suggested some of the special herbal remedies and Ayurvedic medicines, along with a specific dietary recommendation. Also, the best part that we both felt about the treatment was the panchakarma therapy. The therapy not only helped me feel better physically but also felt like it removed all the anxiety and mental stress. After around 15 days of treatment, including therapies, yoga asanas, and diet recommendations, our condition improved. The doctors provided us with a course of medication to further improve our joint pain and back pain.
We returned from their center after the therapies to our home, here at Shimla, with a lot of improvement. They also ensured their availability on the phone or online for any further recommendations. The first thing that I did after coming back home was answer all the online queries about Is Karma Ayurveda fake with a big no. I am highly impressed with them and cannot thank Karma Ayurveda’s doctors, staff, and all the team members enough. It had been a privilege to get treatment from them. I highly recommend them to anyone stuffed with helplessness to give the doctors at Karma Ayurveda a try.
